Music & Blooms!
The Fern Glen Lily Festival may be one of the well-kept
secret treasures of the Emsdale area (although dedicated
gardeners far and near seem to know all about it).
The NLSO has been performing at this gorgeous event for
the last couple of years, and it seems that every year
the lilies get even more beautiful. It has even inspired
some of the “brown thumbs” in our group to at least consider
trying our hands at growing a lily or two. How can you not
be inspired by over 50,000 lilies in bloom?
So come wander through the spectacular blooms and enjoy the
sweet sounds of the steel pan as they waft over the gardens.
