Exploration and Discovery
In these sessions students will learn about the steel pan and hear how each individual
type of steel pan sounds. Students will also have a chance at a casual “hands on” experience
with the steel pans & some other different types of instruments including a variety of
percussion instruments. This type of session is ideal for Pre-K through Grade 2, but can be
tailored to other age groups.

LENGTH OF SESSIONS: Again it is based on several factors. We take into consideration
the length of time scheduled for the complete workshop, the age of the students we are
teaching & the total number of groups scheduled.

SIZE OF EACH GROUP: These types of sessions have the potential to be almost any size.
(Note: We do prefer to keep each group to under 30 students.)
