Group Instruction

A group learning experience in which students will learn together how to play a song on the steel pan. These sessions are lead out by a head instructor with individual instructors for each student. Typically students are able to learn a complete song in one to two sessions.

LENGTH OF SESSIONS: This is based on several factors, primarily on the length of time scheduled for the complete workshop. Next, session times vary in length depending on the grade level & the number of groups scheduled for the workshop.
SIZE OF EACH GROUP: We have up to 17 instruments available. Normally we divide students up by their grade level/class. (Note: We prefer one instructor per student however, two students per instructor can also achieve good results.)
